Welcome

There are three classes in Reception: Owls, Blackbirds and Robins. All three classes are located in the Annex building.

 

Each classroom is a friendly area where children can feel safe and comfortable coming into school.

 

In Reception we also have an outdoor learning area where children can take part in practical and physical learning experiences. Children love playing and working together and this really helps develop their social skills.

 

We always aim to make children’s learning fun so that they quickly develop a love for learning. We look forward to meeting you and your child when they first start school. 

 

Finding out about our families.

Over the next 8 weeks we will be exploring different kinds of families and what makes our family special. We will be thinking about generations of families and talking about our Grandparents. We will be working towards a Grandparents sing a long to show off our new knowledge.
