  • Relationships and Sex Education Policy Update

    Thu 07 May 2020 C. Mayo

Due to the statutory changes that the government has made regarding what schools teach as part of their Relationships and Sex Education (RSE), the school is updating its RSE policy.

An important part of this update is to consult with parents and carers. We have therefore attached a link to the draft RSE policy for you to read. Under normal circumstances we would have invited some parents in to carry out the consultation process, but due to the unprecedented times we are unable to do so.

We have also attached some Jigsaw information for Parents.  Jigsaw is the scheme that we use in school to teach all of our Personal, Social and Health education.  It is a scheme widely used across Bristol schools.

It is important that your voice is heard, so if you have any questions or comments you would like to raise please contact us via the school email address by the 1st June.
