AFTER SCHOOL SPORTS CLUBS

Drop-off and Collection
Early 15.20-16.05: Your child will be taken to the club by school staff.
Late 16.15-17.00: Your child will need to be collected from school as normal and then brought
back to school for their club.

The drop-off and collect point for this club will be the back gate on Kennard Road.

The clubs will take place in the MUGA unless the weather prevents this, and they will then
move into one of our halls. The kit list for the clubs is normal PE kits and trainers. Children should
not wear football boots in our MUGA. If your child is attending a football club, they should
bring shinpads.

Sports club will be provided by U-Sport.

ACTIVITY CLUBS

As well as running successful breakfast and after school clubs, we also have a variety of activity clubs that are available to our children. These change on a termly basis but here is an example of some of the clubs we have run this academic year: Podcast Creation, Lego Construction, Netball, Creative Writing, Cross-stitch, Sewing, Yoga & Mindfulness, Choir and Football.

All the activity clubs are free however there are limited spaces, for this reason, parents can sign their children up for only one club a term. This helps ensure as many children as possible get a chance to do a club if they want to.

Booking the club is done through the School Gateway app. Each club runs for a single term, this is typically around 6 weeks.
