Class Info

Your child will be taught English and Maths everyday.  Their learning in the afternoon will covered different subjects but will be centered around one outcome. 

 

Four times a week your child will have a Phonics and Spelling lessons where they will be taught spelling patterns and grammar activities.  

 

There is a PE session each week, on that day the children should come to school wearing their PE kit - white t-shirt, black shorts/leggings and trainers.

 

Children should also be reading at home at least 3 times a week to increase their fluency and comprehension skills.  Your child also has a Bug Club log in where they can access a Library of online books.
