Homework

Homework in Reception is focused mainly on the sounds that we learn in class and hearing your child read their school reading book.  We believe that in order for your child to make good progress they should be reading daily, or as often as possible. We send the Phase 2 and 3 sounds home as we learn them and reading books are available every day to be changed. On occasions we do send home optional homework challenges to fit with the topics we cover in school.
